Mountain running in Scotland

The February 2016 issue of Runner's World magazine includes an interview with sports doctor and long-distance runner, Doctor Andrew Murray, on how he pushes himself, finds time to train and motivating others.

Andrew is not long back from winning the inaugural Genghis Khan Ice Marathon in Mongolia, with a temperature on the start line of -34 degrees C. (Not content with winning the race, Andrew also ran an additional 100km from the birthplace of Genghis Khan to Mongolia's capital, Ulaanbaatar).

The interview is illustrated with an image I took of Andrew in December last year, whilst mountain running in Glen Coe in the West Highlands of Scotland.
